LIFE COACHING

45 minutes per session

(up to 8 sessions - 2 can run concurrently)

There are typically three phases to the process:

  1. Developing an understanding of your current life-landscape (1 to 3 sessions).

  2. Identifying the opportunities or challenges you are currently facing (1 to 2 sessions).

  3. Working with and building your skills and capacity to achieve your goal(s), both current and future (3 to 5 sessions).
