Typically 5 - 8 sessions of 60 or 90 minutes each

(or as determined by the needs of the business and individual)

This may include assisting the Leader with: 

  • developing a strategy, 

  • establishing a personal leadership style,

  • addressing challenges and opportunities in developing leadership capability, 

  • resolving team dynamics,

  • building the skill required for a career turn, increased responsibility or a career change.


Additional follow up sessions and/or 360º peer feedback can be included.

Time allocation in line with business requirements

This may include assisting the team with:

  • developing a strategy,

  • increasing team resilience and effectiveness,

  • performance improvement,

  • 360º feedback, 

  • conflict resolution.
