LEADERSHIP COACHING
Typically 5 - 8 sessions of 60 or 90 minutes each
(or as determined by the needs of the business and individual)
This may include assisting the Leader with:

developing a strategy,

establishing a personal leadership style,

addressing challenges and opportunities in developing leadership capability,
-
resolving team dynamics,
-
building the skill required for a career turn, increased responsibility or a career change.
Additional follow up sessions and/or 360º peer feedback can be included.
Time allocation in line with business requirements
This may include assisting the team with:

developing a strategy,
-
increasing team resilience and effectiveness,
-
performance improvement,
-
360º feedback,
-
conflict resolution.
